Larry Miller Larry received his BSME from UC Berkeley in 2002 and his MSME from Stanford University in 2004. While working at NovaTorque, he helped engineer a new, highly efficient electric motor. Larry hits the slopes in Tahoe whenever he can. He also participates in the Silicon Valley Homebrew Robotics Club.

Miguel Piedrahita Miguel received his BSME from UC Davis in 2001 and his MSME from Stanford University in 2004. While at Stanford, he completed a research assistantship focused on special feet for climbing robots. An avid cyclist, Miguel can often be spotted racing along Old LaHonda or bombing through Skeggs. |

Daniel Santos, PhD Dan graduated MIT in 2002 with a dual bachelor's degree in ME and EE. He earned his PhD from Stanford University in 2007, having focused on climbing robots. Dan just completed his first marathon this year. He takes on woodworking projects in his spare time. Dan also enjoys spending time tending his vegetable garden. |

Alex Wood Alex received his BSME from Washington State in 2004 and his MSME from Stanford University in 2005. While at Stanford, he designed and implemented a system to precisely control the laser orientation for a laser doppler velocimetry experimental setup. Alex definitely enjoys the outdoors. Whether he's organizing a camping trip to Big Basin or spending the day hiking around Clear Lake, he likes to explore the Bay Area. |
